Make a Return
We’re sorry to hear you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. It’s part of our brand mission to try and decrease returns as much as possible but when it's not possible we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note, that Studio Clay does not offer free returns. In such case, you are welcome to choose a local courier. We do recommend to send a package with GLS or UPS.
How to return an item in three easy steps
1. Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused condition in the original package.
2. Fill out the return form and include it in the parcel. Please make sure to write your full name and order no. You can download our return form here.
3. Send your parcel to our warehouse and remember to ask for proof of purchase incl. tracking number from the postal service. Make sure to choose a business delivery option (not access point). We recommend GLS or UPS.

If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we may make a deduction in your refund.
We refund all payments received from you when the order was placed, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it
If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange.
